old system of criminal legal aid and provides criminal services to people
accused of crimes.

Community Legal Service, bringing together networks of
funders (eg Local Authorities) and suppliers into partnerships to provide
the widest possible access to information and advice.

Mark Bailey and David Nicholson
Mark Bailey
Mark Bailey has been a Partner since Nov 1st 2008.
He has been a solicitor since 1994, a Duty Solicitor since 1996 and has been a High Court Advocate since 2002.
Mark has represented clients in both Magistrates Court and Crown Court proceedings throughout that time and covering the full range of investigations from simple motoring offences up to Murder and complex fraud/conspiracies.

David Nicholson
David Nicholson has been a Partner since Nov 1st 2008.
David Nicholson is one of the founding partners of Bailey Nicholson Grayson and is a supervising solicitor for the criminal law department. Admitted as a solicitor in 1994, he was appointed as a duty solicitor in 1997.
David has represented defendants in both Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court criminal proceedings throughout that time covering the full range of offences including conspiracies involving money laundering, drug supply and murder.
